- Ongoing Training: Our associates complete enhanced COVID-19 awareness training along with housekeeping and sanitation protocols.
- Cleaning Products and Protocols: We coordinate with suppliers to procure the protective equipment and virus-killing products approved by the United States Environmental Protection Agency. We implement these disinfecting protocols to clean areas after occupants depart and before they return with particular care to high-touch items and often frequented areas.
- Public Spaces: We increased focus and cleaning frequency of public spaces, with attention on counters, desks, chairs, elevators and elevator buttons, door handles, and public bathrooms, which began long before COVID occurred.
